Good morning!
Over the weekend we finally got a nice dusting of snow in Kern County. Alta Sierra Ski Resort was blessed with over a foot of snow allowing the resort to open on Saturday January 6 for the first time this year.

Innovative Neurotech startup coming to Bako:
BIOS Health, a UK based neuroscience technology company has announced plans to open an advanced center for clinical trials aiming to develop neural digital therapies in Bakersfield. We’re finally getting a Whole Foods!
Developer Sage Investco has confirmed that they plan to build a Whole Foods Market at the corner of Coffee and Rosedale Highway which is currently a vacant lot owned by PG&E. The developer is expected to finalize the purchase of the property some time this year and has not confirmed when construction will begin just yet.

This awesome team goes around to Pizza shops and posts their unbiased opinion. While we’d love to go out and try every slice in Kern County our cardiologist is glad some hero narrowed it down for us.
